The DULLards at the EU always seem to think they have come up with BRIGHT ideas to enLIGHTen us to the benefits of going green.

I've run energy saving bulbs for some time and in some circumstances they do not work. I had one last just 3 months in a harsh environment. There will alwys be a need for the good old approach.

Anyone tried an energy saving bulb in their fridge or oven lately?

energy saving eh,weve changed all our bulbs over the only differance is now we have all our lights on cause thier to bloooody dim!!!! we should keep our 100 watters and if you wanted to save energy paint half the lightbulb blackp.ive taken a dim view on this

so is it just 100's that are going ? - think i only use 60's and the odd 40 watt bulbs
