Very bad luck. The whole thing's a complete con. I got hit two years ago on the mway returning from Scotland. Sunday morning, perfect weather, dead straight road, hardly any traffic, perfectly safe, 87mph. And they call them safety cameras. Two days later I learned on the TV news that the Dumfries and Galloway Police, who nicked me, were broke and looking for ways of raising more revenue...

only got 6points £1200 fines & costs
taught me a lesson though!!!!!!

You were lucky , got done in the truck on A75 had 9 point already and got 6 points and a 6 months ban due to totting up for 52mph on glenluce bypass c***ts , didnt learn either got caught at 150mph on bike 4 years later in Ayrshire had to walk for a while and resit extended test ,learned my lesson that time, been a good lad since

unlucky mate i got caught recently in the mrs audi doin 36 in a
30 but got the option to do a driver awarness course instead of taking
the points .still paid the fine though
