think i got done for speeding in the silver bullet this morning, buggers had set up a mobile camera at the end of a dual carriageway on my route to work, from general conversations at work it looks like half our workforce has been done too, one lad reckons he was doing over 100 mph on his bike when he spotted the van, the bobby had to run out to get his reg number as the camera was facing the front of the vehicles. ok speed limits are there for a reason, a good one at that, but i cant help but feel a little angry at the underhandedness of it all.

14 days sweats coming up to see if something lands on my mat

The speed camera has got to have a frontal pic and a clear shot of the driver, if not you can claim your partner was in the car with you and it could have been any of the two of you driving. I know someone that got of with that argument.

Every set of lights you go through are red Kev

Due to how slow the red shed is by the time you start to go through on green the lights are red by the time you cross them on the other side.

I have won a case by using this to

You have to be carefull that you don't get done further for failing to give details of the driver. They then try it on with "you should keep a log of who is driving the vehicle at given time" In the case of a company they will often pin the points on a manager as it's his responsibiliy.

This site may help you out it has kept me my licence several times
