Well as of this morning I was taking my ex employer to the small claims court as they had broken the law in deducting money from my pension without informing me in writing beforehand, this was resolved this afternoon and they have agreed to do a cash transfer and give the money back ....so that sorts this month.

Next month is a far more complicated story .......

I should have stayed at work with my feet on the desk and picked up my pay every month like the rest of them ...........eh Geoffers
