I was luckly enough to win a free rolling road session at Torque of the Devil in Uxbridge at the Oxford RSOC show this year so car was booked in this morning at 9am.
Had trouble starting the old beast this morning but got it started and it was running like a right pig on the trip to TotD .
Any how got the car there , car had only 115bhp on the 1st run so they set to work on setting up the 45's and timing and slowly the bhp started to rise .
After 11/2 hours of tweaking the engine was putting out 164.8 bhp and 150lbs/ft peak torque , thats 20bhp more than when I was running the bikecarbs.
The bikecarbs gave more low down torque between 2000 - 3000rpm but then flatted out, the 45's came into there own once the cam came on song and gave better torque from 3000rpm.
I will put up the Dyno sheet tonight as I don't have a scanner at home but here is a couple on mobile phone vids
Thanks to the Oxford RSOC for my prize
