in your class u will never show against a "one day wonder", god i hate that stupid saying

as for novice class its simple,

we created an old school class in 2006/7 but hardly anyone used it, when i left last year the new guy scrapped it and made it

cars with over 50k miles

or cars with under 50k miles

it would be great if you guys wanted to do it and i am sure if there is enough interest another old school novice class could be created,

its only out of 100 points and very simple, even custom could manage it

Too much behind the scenes back stabbing going on from those who should know better, people who haven't been in the club 5 minutes jumping into positions of responsibility, making rules to suit themselves and their hangers on for a £2 plastic pot, getting the digs in at other people and officials with whispers and snide comments.

Apart from that everything is rosey.

I think that this is true of many many clubs; owners clubs, local motor clubs, big ones, small ones, probably even effects non car related ones (but I have no interest or knowledge of those). It seems to be how things are these days. Dont get me wrong, I dont agree or accept it but it is the way things are.

Oh and it was also put forward by a member that pre 81 be changed to pre 86/87 to include mk3 escorts as well.















But that Idea was thrown out.....



Thanks to Hally, Oggie & xpackBob for making the time & effort to attend the concours meeting yesterday and putting their (and the rest of the Board users here) options forward
