      Tim, the defence solicitors just try to muddy evidence of any kind, so film is favourable. Not a great deal of film about these days though so digital is better than nowt. I would suggest taking a video on your camera or phone, as more difficult to edit.

            If you take the pics on a GPRS enable camera/phone it encodes the exact location and time you took the pic into it's code and will tell if it's been edited or not
