Someone told me today that if you are going to take a picture as evidence, make sure you use camera with a film in it, as digital ones can be edited and cannot be used as evidence in court! Can anyone clarify that?
Tim, the defence solicitors just try to muddy evidence of any kind, so film is favourable. Not a great deal of film about these days though so digital is better than nowt. I would suggest taking a video on your camera or phone, as more difficult to edit.

If you take the pics on a GPRS enable camera/phone it encodes the exact location and time you took the pic into it's code and will tell if it's been edited or not
