well today I took the rocker cover off and all was as it should be
did a compression test. No 1&2 showing 9bar, No 3 8bar and No 4 7bar , so off with her head.
With the head off, checked the head over and found no damage and all as it should be this was also the same with the pistons and no marks on the bores, head gasket was ok as well .


So on Friday the engine is coming out and going to remove the pistons and check the rings due to the lower compression on 3 & 4 and check the big end bearings.
Hope it will be ready for Nat Day
