Took the car to work last night after fitting my exhaust all of yesterday, did a 13 hour night shift not had any sleep for 26 hours and on the way home this morning something in the engine has let go .

Engine runs but something has snapped as you can here it bouncing off other metal parts , pulled over straight away and called the RAC.
Very helpful chap even helped push it in my garage .

He even took a pic when all hooked up to his van, it just managed to fit on his tow-dolly as its so low.

Going to leave the car for 24hours and look at it with a clear head Wednesday, if it needs a rebuild might be time for a new cam

Thanks for the kind words chaps , will start with the basic stuff first by checking under the rocker cover to see if all is still in place, comp test then head off.....if still cant find it then its engine out time for a strip down .

Hope its only head related otherwise I will miss Nat Day

what a bummer mate, you can buy Ruddys for £1500 to put you on till you get yours sorted , i also heard at cumbria that he will split it for parts
