red tep is easier to get power out of ... but stick to ford , vauxhalls in classic fords aint right in my opinion ....

cossie engine fits straight in , same engine mounts etc .. no bellhousing to engine problems , sump is straight fit , wiring ok ... why give yourself work if you have the choice of two .................................................. ...... or should i say give taffr more work

The red top is a cracking engine but it has to be cosworth IMO. Just the word "coswworth" does it for me

Cosworth for me, I always get a little disapointed when the bonnet gets popped on a nice mk2 two and there is a vauxhall engine in it
