Not as exciting as it sounds, I'm going over to have a BIG fight with Polaris World as the apartment I put 40% down for 18 months ago that was supposed to be ready in May is now not going to be ready for another 12-16 months

the boys seem to be cracking on with it now martin........

They are flying me over to try and offer me something different, but I expect that they will try to do the hard sell to convince me to take something that isn't exactly what I originally requested.

Got back at 1:30 this morning after they kindly put us up in a 5 star hotel and gave us as much food and drink as we wanted

They've offered us another plot on a different complex that is ready to occupy and have done us a super deal (35% discount on the finished one to take it now rather than take our money back) so looks like all may be ok for a Team BBQ soon.

Nice view of the Golf Course and the pool and only 5 mins walk to the clubhouse and complex shops/restaurants

Didn't see any RS's when I was there though

You take your own down. Our pool is shared between approx 80 apartments which probably only have 25% occupancy at any time as I'll only go over once a month which means plenty of space by the pool and on the golf course.
