As above Martin boy at my work put down a sh/t load thinking he would sell on for more 2 years on still no start to the development and when he asked to draw out they said he would loose all his cash,and now they are selling them a lot cheaper.

Think he has a court case this month over there,too many stories of people building nice pads than they just take them away.
