We had a couple of Audi A3 2.0 FSI cars with 6 Speed Manual box for the sales staff on a 2 year contract. 06 Plate model

Have changed to the 2.0 TDi Audi A3 which seems just as fast and much better on fuel (getting over 50mpg)
    Cheers

drives and handles really well and loads better than the mk4 i had before but when you put your foot down it drinks the petrol (just like my escort) but good on a long run

Paul, I had one from new, and I can honestly say it's probably the best handling front wheel drive car i've driven. I did 15k in 8 months in it, and the only thing that went wrong was a faulty air-bag sensor.

I was brave and ordered a candy white one!! It looked great (IMO) but did take a while to sell when I wanted to shift it! They need the 18" wheels and mine had leather which gives you heated seats, which was nice! 3 doors look prettier than 5 too.
