Paul, I was in the same predicament. The holes were there already....

If the holes were not there, then the answer would be simple...you probably could not bring yourself 'round to drilling them in the first place !

So, the holes are there so they can be used. Tim suggests only fit them if they will be wired.....but how often will you use them in the dark?.....in fact, how often at all (dare I say it will be trailered? )

There is only one answer we both may agree on here..... ie. ....fit them, don't wire them, then whenever you fancy changing the cars appearance from time to time then do it.

Just remember to remove them before the MOT, as all lamps fitted should be in working order.
