  • Help ive Got a dilema

Right guys and gals im desparate to get out and do some miles in my rs but its never been wet before and im reluctant to take it out in the rain, or should i say **** it! its only a bit of water and enjoy the car before old age sets in and i loose my ability to drive it, we have insanity and dementia in the family so things are stacked against me any way

    Cheers nick

so its never been washed then??

makes no difference, as long as there aint no salt on the roads, everything else will wash off

            get it used

Good on ye mate!!! I,m with you on this one, ive had my yellow one 9 years and ive never even used it in the dry never mind in the wet
But my green one NEVER gets out in the rain either, i taxed it at the start of April and i think ive used twice due to the weather , this,ll get them talking!!!!!!!

Drove mine down to London and back on Easter weekend, through snow, hale stones, gales and torrential rain . Not happy about it at the time, got home and the car was ditched!......... 2 hours later, after i'd washed and dryed it all down, she was gleaming again and you'd never have known it had been out.

Ok, if your doing concours and jacking it up in the air with a load of mirrors underneath, I can understand you not wanting to get it dirty underneath........ but for christ sake lads, it's a bit of metal!!.................... It get's dirty you wash it!..... It gets wet, you dry it!.......... It gets rusty........ you pent it!!!

Plus there a dam sight more fun on a wet round-a-bout than on a dry one!
