Does anyone on here have any hi-tech anti-theft or tracker fitted? (don't post any details!!!!)

Just interested as I'm pondering about a system or two for mine, similar to some I installed in my "other" car. Problem with the Escort is that nearly everything can be bridged with simple wires. However, there are some GPS systems about which are not exhorbitant and would tell you where the car is at least.

I'll find out the info on this as I work on the Volume Crime Team in Salisbury (been off a few days with trapped nerve in neck so didn't know about it!)
Where they were stored is well out of the way had to be someone with local knowlege!

We need to be very careful who we tell about our cars. All it needs is a comment from someone to a friend which is overheard or passed on with no malice and the next thing there are thieving W***ers trying to find and steal our pride and joys

It seems to be affecting the cars that are either being restored or are locked up for longer periods of time more than the cars that are used more frequently.
