    Tim,

And one with 3 spokes on it,at that !!!!! - but it is "red"

My RST has lived under that cover for 2 years now, saved me a lot of time cleaning it,and stops the sun from attacking it - the halford's one's are crap - friends of mine have used classic additions car covers for years on there concourse cars - so they must be spot on.

Thanks Paul - think I will get one now, was just a bit worried cos £100 is expensice for a car cover if it doesn't protect peoperly.

Is the underneath of the cover nice and soft, paint friendly - I dont want to damage or scratch my nice new paint you see....

Thanks mate - apologies for all the questions...!

            Cheers

            Phil

Nope, car is dry as a bone underneath it (the cover I mean, the underside of the car still gets wet and needs a good chamois off)
? Are you saying the car is dry or wet underneath the cover once its been raining. What do you mean the underside of the car still gets wet..?

Thanks Alan - appreciate the help

The cover is soft on the inside, fully water proof on the outside - make sure you get one with the mirror pockets added (i did'nt)

When removing the cover, the body work is nice and dry, clean and just as it was before you put it on.

Keeps the inside from condencing up

The underbonnet area (on mine) - does damp up a little

The cover,as you can see per piccy, does quite touch the floor, thus causing the lower part of the wheels and brake disc's to get dirty / rust.

Cheers Paul - I get what you meant now!

The last question - I promise..!

Is yours the 100% waterproof version - i.e. £140+? What sort of money did it cost you? - is it the most expensive one?

The guy I spoke to recommended the shower proof cover - but this is not fully waterproof but does allow the car to 'breathe' which the fully waterproof one does not.

                  Thanks mate

                    ask away - dont bite............

                    mines the "fully waterproof" one

                    about £140 (i think)

ask them to put the "mirror pockets" in it though
