we all need to upgrade our security !! ERA do a garage lock kit ? its for the normal metal garage door where you normaly have the locking turn handle ! this kit provides two 5 lever mortice locks etc for either side of the door ! for arround £50 !! no **** could get your door open if these are fitted , i fit home security for a living and can get these locks cheeper than you can ! so if you want a set just email me at jasonfoxy37@aol.com and i will sort it ! the other option is hasp and staple with good padlock . The more security you have then the better proteted car you will have ! for the sake of the cost of some locks and the damage done to this poor blokes car then its a no brainer . john

still waiting to hear for the police as they want to finger-print it, already got another garage to park it for a short time but unless I can find another garage as close the car will be back in there but with a lot more devices to secure it.

Another good idea is too use a baby monitor in the garage at night, esp if yr a light sleeper like me, or have little ones that keep you up all night.

this is a good idea Keiran, i used to have one back home, garage in the garden with my motorbike in it, baby monitor on the wall where you could not see it, at least you've got a chance if you hear them,
