Heard peeps having bother with vista, why not install xp see if that helps, although im no expert

You could try a system restore, to a date you knew it was running fine. Its in control panel, Backup and Restore, sytem restore.

Had chew with my pc before xmas, after loads of ****in calls to help lines which were a waste of time, done a system restore and its been spot on since, only takes a couple of minutes mate

had a m8 of mine round last night and he give it good seeing to..
he removed 2 files and done a new scan and now seems to be alot better
