Hello Everyone!!!

Three weeks and one day later and still going strong. I feel soooo much better and £110.00 in the jar for my car fund. Allen Carr has changed the way I feel about cigarettes and smoking forever. I can be around smokers and I dont even think about having one, the best thing is I have forgotten that i used to smoke.

I gave up over 12 months ago and although it's hard (don't let anybody tell you it isn't) it's the best thing you'll ever do!! I did the money in jar thing and that made me carry on with it. I mean you would'nt just take it out and set fire to it would you?! So far with the money i have bought an ali radiator and bias pedal box for my car. Best of luck, well done!!!
