thank you all very much for your kind comments and encouragement, I am determined to quit for good this time with the help of Allen Carr's book "Easy way to stop smoking". Easy................... my arse!!!

                      good luck Deb's

that's the book I used when I gave up, highly recomended

that said I did start again, but cant belame that on the book, I blame my mates and the rest of the stag party for taking me to Bratislava and getting me hammered

course could be that I'm crap, I'm throwing them in, in the very near future too, hope you suss it

I smoked every day for 10 years (from age 16-26) I actually found it easy to give up once I put my mind to it.

Its all about actually wanting to give up, Alan Carr's book explains that too.

If you really (and I mean REALLY) want to stop then its mind over matter and a piece of cake.

If you dont mind if you smoke or not but want to have a go and packing in, then you are ****ed and will fail.
