I think anyone can have a good day and a bad day , JT has a good reputation but the bodyshop isn't his , he sends them around the corner. There were areas on my 16i that I would have liked to address but I was 120 miles from the paintshop, I am sure they would have been rectified as John in the paintshop is a sound bloke.
I have my car booked in for paint at the end of November, might be a squeeze to be ready in time , not at JT's , the paintshop is a 5 minute drive away and they know me and what I expect.
I would add that JT's man didn't ask for any money upfront until I had seen what he had done paintwise.sigpic

Some people are just waiting to fly off the handle, this bloke may be in the right but I'd be very cautious about making judgements before knowing all the facts.
