I passed one or two my views to Giz last night,

1. Scrap the track and go back to Stamford hall.
2. Make a weekend event, Trackday on the Saturday, Show on Sunday at near locations.


The Day to Day buzz about the RS marque is no longer around as it was back then. The RS is dead to every day people.

Hi guys

I have read a lot bad posts about the national day, surely if it needs to change it should follow what happens at the lakes tour weekend. I don't think I read one bad report about that event, I know its one that I will not want to miss again.
To be honest I could not be bothered with all the crap thats goes with concourse, imo I just want to drive to a show, park it up, meet new like minded friends, is that not what it is about?

That said each to their own, but seems that not everyone is getting the enjoyment and buzz that I get for very little cost and effort, surely the buzz of winning can't be that much better?

Totally agree Vince. Absolutely love driving my cars at every dry opportunity. Turning heads, parking up, admirers, etc and as you say, meeting like minded enthusiasts. Just terrific.
