Busted our balls all day ,car looked mint.
Only to find out we were being judged against an RS FOCUS with 5000 miles on it?
                        how is that right!
no one had the backbone to admit it was wrong!
must remember to take a brand new car next year to win!

Was not there to witness it but it sounds a ****ing shambles how can a 25 year old car be judged against a 4 year old car.Its just another kick in the balls the RSOC has dealt to the members

I think the decision to put all novices together was done as there were only a couple of cars entered in each class (novice/intermediate) when the deadline for entering came.

The problem was with the late arrival of entry forms brought on by wrong address in RN & postal strikes.
By the time these arrived the decision had already been made.

P.S, Hally, I know how you feel as Pauls modified S2 was beaten at nat day by a brand new focus at national day 2004. Never seen the car before or since .
