Well, the day finally arrived, and after a 4 1/4 hour drive from North to South Wales, it was love at first sight ! We loaded the car on the trailer, and spent 16 hours getting back afteer being marooned in Leominster all night !!!! Had a couple of hours kip in the car, and at daybreak, hunted for a way out again. Finally found a back lane which was passable, otherwise would still be there now.

The car I think is a bute. Some pics attached below....more when I have had some kip.
