Hi All,
I'm after purchasing my long time Dream Car, an RS2000 MK2.
And as you all know, when you get a car like this back home to your humble abode, you start to go through it with a tooth combe, to pin point exactly what you have bought??!!!
My question to all of you is this?!
I'm just wondering to myself, if it indeed is a Real RS2000 or a very good copy?!
How would i go about verifiying for myself, that it is or is not the real McCoy!!
One thing i would really love to know is, i have seen some cars that have a number, possibly a chassis number stamped on the Top Plate of the Drivers Side Front Strut, facing towards the Headlamps?
Now i dont have that number stamped on mine, nor do i have the chassis plates on the Slam Panel, but everything else seem's as it should....
I'm probably worring about nothing, but i would hate to think that i got stung for a Copy!!!!
Any help would be greatly appreicated..
P.S. - The Tax book is ok, also its an Irish Car.
