arron, it dosernt matter what side its on it shouldnt have been put up in the 1st place, my solicitor is 100 % sure he will win the case and at £250 per hr hes got a lot to lose m8.
as i said before once something is given i.e right of way you cant take it away after 30 odd years m8, its called perscriptive rights. it wasnt even him who gave it. It was his father, he inherited the house when his parents died m8, moved back from auz to live in it - hes now 68 ish whose never been married and has no friends.
hes just being an arse who has no life and is a nasty little vendictive man.

well for those that know about the fence just a little update, i took it down the other week - got tired of waiting for it to be down and couldnt get the trailor out to take the littluns camping - havernt heard a single thing about it.
saw and sledge hammer and we had it down in 20 mins.
mr mitchell is arriving tomorrow morn to collect the fiesta for his m8 - so jobs a goodun AT LAST
