had a call from solictor this afternoon saying we may end up in court about fence afterall.
he will do it on a no win no fee case but still need £1000/£1500 for the insurance premium.
the misses isnt happy about it and we have talked about it and i have decided to withdraw the buying the mk1 mex off mex mark.
i have sent mark and very apolegetic mail and i also want to say publicley soirry to him for ****ing him about.
we have to fight this as it could devalue our house price by 10000/15000 grand, and cant even think of selling all the time the dispute is going on.
may well also end up selling the 16i as well.
pretty ****es of as you cant imagine, apart from losing mex is the thought of having to go to court and face the wanker next door.

i bet once papers are served he will withdraw, his solicitor will say he's in the wrong.
