I'm sure the likes of Ifor Williams can do whatever you require for a fraction of the prices you're talking.
Might look like a cattle trailer and probabaly will be a cattle body on a beaver tail but built to last and the Dogs Bollox in the Farming world.
Just think of the respect you'd get on your way to shows, as all the tractors and L/Rovers you meet give you that nod of the head/wave that says, "Jeezz thats a shinie yun".We're not Brazil, we're Northern Ireland

Vinny.
Keep the chin up. At least you're up and about at the best time of the day. So many people will go thu their lives and miss out on the best time of the day.
As for meat quaility for me its a four stage process.
1. Pick an animal in the field.
2. Slaughter and butcher
3. Put in freezer
4. Eat
With a 'home kill' you get hundreds of sausages. Instead of trying to spin the meat out to fill hundreds more it's the reverse, each banger getting stuffed with meat to keep the quantity down. Real 100%.
Go see your local farmer.
Buy a lamb £50
Ask the farmer to take it to the abbitoir, the butcher will pick it up and joint the animal, bag it, label and blast freeze it. Prob. about £30.
So for £80 you have picked a lamb in the field. The next time you see it it's in a cardboard box ready to eat/put in freezer.
Best way to live. We're not Brazil, we're Northern Ireland
