I like both types. My personal taste is for unseen mods really (Unless you open the bonnet) Like engine/transmission/axle/braking mods. As they are crap to drive as standard like Steve has stated. However, there are a lot of people who, when looking to buy one of these cars like it to be as standard as possible so, therefore they command a higher price.

At the end of the day both are right as it's down to the owners preference.

I agree Kev, its a good job we all have varying views on this delicate subject or we,d all be driving round in identical cars IMO the best car is a car thats modded to enhance the experience, to make it better in simple terms, but not to change the overall appearence of the car,(i would wouldn,t I, ) period shiny mods !!!

Agree with Ian as to "Period" mods. Love Dingy's car though as it is an animal and shows what can be done to these cars to make them out-perform all the modern crap at a fraction of the price . Cars like Steve's only enhance the MK2's image to the young unsout there which is all good news for the future.
