Do you need a whole car loom or just an engine loom ? I have made a few for Mk2's mostly rally cars.

                      Quick update on engine build.
I had to stop build due to missunderstanding between me, engine builder and the consultant who spec'd the engine for me .

The result of this was I had to buy a set of these.
                      Which turn up on Friday.

A set of Eagle steel shotpeen'd conrods and come with ARP bolts as standard.
I bought them from the USA for $400 which is £225, cost me about £300 after post, import tax etc. Which is about half of what they cost to buy in the UK.

Just now waiting for a set of ladder frame (bigend cap) bolts and the engine can be assembled.

Had another short delay with the build.
I could not get new ladder frame bolts from Ford.
No standard Ford OEM parts for the Duratec bottom end are vailable from Ford Dealer Spares yet
I tried to get a set sent directly to me from the engine plant in Mexico, but was taking too long and my engine builder wanted to get on with the build.
So have had to buy a ARP Stud kit for the ladder frame.
The engine is now being built up, head is finished.
Hopefully, it will be fully assembled next week some time.
But we have got to sort out the dipstick tube location and calibrate the dipstick for the fabricated sump before the engine is returned to me.

                              Engine builders gone on holiday.
Engine will not be ready till the end of the month.
I have asked him to take some pictures as he is building the engine.
I will post them as soon as I get them.
