Those tea strainer filters are crap. If you work out the thickness of the wire mesh you'll realise that the restriction is massive.

Plan on doing a custom dash panel ,,

Well had no motivation of late and done bugger all to the car so time to make an effort

Plan A was to fit an alloy dash panel with electronic speedo and rev counter but never got around to it so went for the cheap option for now

Dash top was ****ed so needed to find a replacement



Found a reasonable item that will do the job and made a few mods to a spare dash pod





Not what I originally wanted but will do for now,,

Will try and progress a bit more over the next few weeks

Of course it is good Rob but as the thread says I had already got a new one and I dont like flocked ons

Yuk is the chap who flocks them not refrence to the picture

Never the less looking at your photo it is certainly an option if I ever need another
