With the paint and filler removed the extent of the rot and damage is extensive, it looks like we're going to be changing a few more panels than we originally thought.

A double strut top plate on the driver side , will be nive if the original chassis numbers salvigable under there.

thats scary....id say the owner aint to pleased with all the extra work needed now......as said just goes to show what looks like a good car could be the above....as darran said it will make a good car

As is often the case poor work well hiden over the years . The car is in good hands by the sounds of it and its great that another Mex will have its life span extended

I knew there was going to be a lot of work, obviously sad to see the old girl looking so beaten up, but all the nasty surprises have to be exposed before they can be fixed and having seen the work Andy has done, really confident that it will come out looking spot on once it finished

a lot of work but at least you know a proper job is getting done. An added bonus will be lighter shell without all the extra plates and mig wire and filler , the car will be mint and faster. The sort of car a lot of people would love to own
