A few pics from this weekend's Bang*** Super Gymkhana

















We had a really good time. But the event went on too long. Started at 8am and at 8pm qualifying still hadn't taken place for the RWD class... I left as i was absolutely knackered. I was told it finished at 11:30pm

But i entered the drift class which luckily took place mid afternoon, so managed to have some fun.

Drifting is popular here, but not for the retro cars. There are only competitions, no RWYB get togethers like the UK.

All the drifters use Jap cars with 600+ bhp so it's hard to even compete with them in my 220 bhp Escort
