Thanks Louie, yeah im well chuffed how she turned out.
The jigsaw is vinyl. I just traced the design off the shuttle and got my sign company to make em up.

Got another good bit done to the cars yesterday.

                EOO: Bonnet pins fitted.

Ozzy (blue/white Mk1): New multi leaf springs c/w new turreted Bilstein's fitted, helmet hammock, warning triangle and spill kit all located in cab. Then seat back in. Will be mounting the jack etc in boot this week.

Just got some other bits to do to Ozzy then we can get back to concentrating our time on EOO.

Got another good bit done with EOO over the past few nights, thought id post up some snapshots.

Looked out the Cibies and brackets that I had mounted on her before and fitted them the other night to the new front panel... keeping' er lit in more ways that one!

Also fitted and wired up the high output alternator, done some wiring and fitted some more samco hoses, just waiting on the correct ones for top of rad.

                  Random arty pic lol

Over the next few nights after work we are going to tackle the front end... quickrack c/w hd coupling, adj track control arms and the rest of the tension strut kit etc etc.

                  Cheers

Hi folks, time for another update on EOO...

Managed to squeeze in some more hours on her recently although after doing the Saltire rally with ''Ozzy'' she kept us busy straight after it with having to re new the tca and steering arm after keeping the bit doon in the Quarry! lol also her box is out and were fitting a new uprated clutch in preparation for Charterhall at end of month.

So now our feet are clear at the mo it was time to work on EOO at any chance we get. Here are some pics of what we have fitted over the past few nights after work.
                      • Got the Cibies wired up, c/w relays mounted on inner wing with spare and the quick release plugs under the bonnet etc
                      • Fabricated a bracket and fitted/piped up filter king and fuel lines to carbs.
                      • Twin throttle cables fitted and adjusted.
                      • Pressed the new bearings into the alloy hubs aswell as the grp4 studs.
                      • Fitted discs to hubs and mounted the ap brake kit etc to struts c/w the new adj tca's.
Just awaiting a h/d steering coupling which should be here tomorrow then the rack etc will be going on.

                      Here are some snapshots...

                                Time for another update...

Its been a very productive weekend here with me and the auld man working away on the Mk1's...

Ozzy has her new AP clutch fitted and a Tony Law manifold coming this week then she will be ready for Charterhall.

EOO has been getting the treatment again today.

Removed old bearings from halfshafts and fitted the new ones, welded the brackets on for the rear disc conversion and then fitted the kit itself. Also got the cab floor re painted aswell as the axle painted and in the process of fitting the cable handbrake before mounting the hyd fly off one (will need to mount drivers seat to see where thats going) Just awaiting a bush for the steering column then the rack and tension strut kit will be fitted during the week after work which will be the front end sorted!... really taking shape now

Here's some pics I took on my phone today...
