Great to have a break now and again, it's just no good if your pushing yourself and your not in the mood. Nice to just to take a break from it for a while and you'll soon be back full of enthusiasm again! That rust is now on limited time and will soon be there no more. Keep on with the great work it's coming on very nicely!

Cheers for the replies!
I've got a bit more done, this time on the dash. It had been cut out to fit a 6-dial dash by a previous owner but I want to put it back to the original 2-dial dash & rev counter pod.
I measured up where the headlamp switch goes & also the hole for the rev counter & then made up a repair section & tacked in place, then seam welded.
Cleaned down welds then fitted switch & clocks in place to check fit
Then gave a coat of primer for now.
I will tidy this up a bit when I eventually get to the prepping stage.

Hi all, thankyou for the replies. Bit more of an update, I've now got the shell up on the spit to do some work on the underneath
Then made a start on the passenger side wheel tub, both outer rear arches have been done in the past & look quite good although the inner tubs need work. I found more of the woodgrain finish metal sheet stuck on the inner wheelarch lip with more black sealer
