Well after another month of week nights and weekends on the car it finally had a run out to the garage for it's MOT today , first time I have driven the car on the road since I bought it 11 months ago .
It passed with no advisories so I must have put it all back together correctly and got the loom and wires to the right things

Took car out for the first time last weekend to drive it for the first time ,only fault was from a leaking water hose to the heater (not one of the things I had changed ,had a small slit in it where it was connected to the water rail ),car runs well .Front wheels catch on the front spoiler so had the ARB brackets off and adjusted them back as they were all the way foward, have fitted the door cards front and back and painted the rear light deflectors ,need some better tyres as she is a bit tail happy on loose but need to get some new seats first .Following are the latest pics took tonight .

2.0Ltr Engine with Retroford conversion , mild cams and a little head work on 45's .Not sure of the Power as I have yet to take up to Boggies to have it dyno'd however compared with the Pinto it starts and runs like a dream and is vert quiet .Engine was brand new out of the box when it was installed in the car so has not done much .Think the rev limiter is set at 7k ,thats when it stops reving anyway
The 5 Speed Tranx box makes hell of a din in 5th though why anyone would want to fit to a Road car I have no idea .

Thanks for the positive comment Dave , it is nothing like the standard of your build though .I am pleased with how it has turned out as it is all my own work ( other than the paint job ) I have fixed ,altered and fitted all the other mechanical ,electrical and interior parts ,with my limited mechanical skills at one point I didn't think I would get there.
Got to save some money to do my first event in 25 years in 2013
                            Cheers

Still looking for details of these graphics , does anyone know Gerard or Seamus who could ask them if they could measure the widths and advise colours ?
Seamus was going a bit to quick when he passed me on Saturday for me to measure and have a close look
