managed to get exhaust manifold on and all the rear suspension has now been fitted, however went to fit the Exhaust and gave up as it was getting too late. have decided to route the speedo cable Inside the car due to the exhaust manifold being very close to it and will probably melt the sleeving (should have listened to Bob x pack in the beginning).
