There should be some instructions in the box but make sure you use proper crimping tools for the wires of the 3-pin connector after (!) you put the rubbery (waterproof) bits on the wires.
If you haven't fitted one of these before have a good look how to fit the chopper on the dizzy-shaft. Set engine to TDC, remove dizzy, fit optical eye and make sure that the chopper just passes the eye when the dizzy is in the engine again. (shaft turns when putting dizzy in).
    Good luck, Leon.
thanks Leon, after having so much 'conflicting' advice i decided to stick with what i know about best, also thanks for the fitting tips

was a few ££££ but im sure it will be worth it

mount it all on an alloy plate, looks better than just screwing onto the inner wing

    Apologies accepted

Aldon ignition is very good also, but it is in the dizzy so any vibration of the engine is subjected to the module as well. Plus the Lumenition one has a bigger case to absorb heat generated by the electronics (transistor switching the current).
The Ignitor I is just a switching transistor, the Ignitor II is similar to the Performance Lumenition kit in having controlled dwell and current-controlled-output.
Apologies in advance if this is too technical.
