Bit more done this weekend, started removing old patches covering rot and cutting splash panel out and replacing with new, just using part of panel, as not a very good fit. found holes in floor just covered with fibre glass bit upsetting so got some new metal in to try and raise spirts!

Bought full Floors from express, should hopefully get more done this weekend. Spending all my dosh now before Feb, when something else will go with it!

Right after a few weeks away from car, finally managed to get a bit more done today, removed rest of passenger side floor and started to trial fit new floor.






cleaned up inside sill and chassis and etch primed.



Stripped of paint on sill to reveal bit of worm, so cut out and made new piece.













floor just set in for now as need to make another piece for sill and sort out jacking point.



Going to weigh all this when done, this is just off one side of shell

need to remake front of outer sill, does anyone have pics of what it should look like. Cheers for looking Martin.

a got £18.00 quid for the rot a cut out my rs2000
a few caseing of beers was in order lol lol
