I really like that reg no. Are you sure it is Southern Irish reg
      and not english reg.

      reading abt this car.
When do you hope to have it finished?
Will you be bringing it across the water to any shows over here?
Its a few years since i have been over at the Donegal Rally but its a
real lovely part of Ireland might go over this year.
      John.
Thanks John for your complements and I disagree on your comment on my engine but your opion. but my reg I have said all in my reply prevously.

2 and half years work and more work left.

      Loved every minute of it
Will soon put up mre ic from start to recent. use pic are year and have old.

In Donegal Christmass come early once in the year , When Its Donegal International Rally Rally, one the Best , if not te best Rally in Ireland.
It has the largest entry of The Best Modified Tarmac Mk2 Escorts in Ireland and maybe England.

Yea I would love to take make Mk2 over do a few TarMac event and Escort Tours and show. So With some luck I will take her over for some of these but unfortunately, England has great Forest rallys and I love to do but I would use this car , she too tidy. Maybe loan or hire a mk2.

      Do you rally yourself.

Thanks very clean Shell, It was the cheapest part the other £100,000 was the hard bit so the found had to be good to ensure the evestment of cost of the rest of the build.

Nothing Funny About The reg. It is what you see on the plate

But read My reply on this no 41 above as the plate is nothing in the big part of over 2 years work and more to go so look and ask about what this is a Project new Build not the DVLA Question and answers.
The reg is F...ing cool. end of . I bought the car changed the owner ship into my name and thats all there is to it
Now Any Question s on the car Thanks

Look guys this car belongs to Brendan and its his choice what engine he wants to use and its a good choice,
And for the reg no. why is everyone so concerned about the reg?
I know for a fact that it is a Southern Ireland reg and not an English reg.
Keep up the good work Brendan and remember the car only has to please ypu and f--k everyone else that winges abt the engine and reg no.

Time wasting those last people, asking the same qustion cause they didnt get the answer they want to hear , so then they ask the same again.
I was just thinking like you time to get on to what this forum is about , Building new and restoring Escort.

So Must start and sort through the million pics and get the very first ones and stick them up on here.

When The car was just bought and I started to clean the underseal from underneath th car on the spit, to uncover to my suprise shiney painted chasis legs
Thought there would be a light cover of rust but no and from then on I new she was a good one.

Back to talking about building rally cars from now I hope.
