Firstly the underside was Shotblasted at low pressure to make sure there was no damage to the metal.

That removed alot of the paint etc, but it still left some of the original underseal. That had to be removed buy hand and is a real time consuming process (pain in the arse) - as most of the people on here will tell you.

As for the Linex give John Speller a ring (Tel: 01524 66611)..............he knows the ins and outs of the stuff.

All I can say is I would recommend...........I'm a paying customer and would do the same again to another project (that's if I could stomach another one !!!!!!)

Hope this helps a little ?
spoke to John today he is very helpful. that linex sounds the dogs dangley bits

I've a few pics to post, as the RS has been resprayed today...........

It looks lighter than it is - guessing that's due to the brightness in the Spray Booth and the flash on the camera ????

OK, pics from SpellersARC as promised............very pleased

Front Wings and Arches are also painted but were being baked as I left.

Just starting to panic at the thought of it all coming home - I'm sure I'll scratch something within the first 5 mins

                          Hi Graham,

Got lots of goodies to bolt on, so once it's back in my garage I'll post the picks as I go along - thanks for the support "again".

Front lights were half-way on, when I realised not everything was in the box.

So need to contact the Company and explain that although I bought them 12 months ago I didn't notice the small tabs that attach the rings to the beam units were missing
