Well another wee update folks....

Tidied out the boot area as for some reason it got covered in offspray from me doin the cab black...im guessing it must hace worked its way through the rear quarters...doh!


Looked out the fuel tank and all the gubbins to go with it...which took a while...bear in mind half these parts I have had for a good long while now


Cut out a rubber base for the tank etc...


Decided that I could fit the mudflaps...so had a choice of two that I had bought...forest or tarmac moulded...really fancied the look of the tarmac ones but sadly they werent as good as I thought...not as thick and long as the forest type ones however the tarmacs were around 2'' wider....


Got some nice alen key black bolts to fit the mudflaps however had to spray the washers to match.primed, coloured and laquered...also done the lowering blocks and tank straps...

also when she was up and I was doing the ''flaps'' ...decided to fit my lowering blocks...give it the true escort stance imo

Well went a bit mad the other week and order a load of goodies for the mk2 and went down to Demon tweeks yesterday to collect them....4am start thn down to Stke to see the lads in R.A.C.E for some headlights, bowls, and the polycard windows I ****ed with offspray...and some spares for the mk1's.
Then across to the tweeks for a selection of well needed goodies to finish off the inside of AFX...


Hopefully get some snapshots of all this gear getting fitted in the next few weeks!...not long now!

Never got that much done at the weekend but will be getting stuck in again tonight after work.
Hopefully going to get the fuel hose early this week and fittings etc and get the tank and pumps in. Also getting the 3 rear polycarb windows fitted.
