Hey Glyn, I thought cleaning all the crap and rust off my back suspension was a rotten job ("Time to get those rear springs fitted" mentioned in this section), until I read this thread tonight. It makes excellent reading, so you keep on persevering with this job because you are doing great. You will get there eventually and everyone will want to see it!
Keep it Going!
Tim.

The photos of Andy Burtons car were taken this year ! (some today lol)
Mark and I both had workshops at the same place, I moved into one next door to him shortly before he moved to Australia and Andy Burton moved into Marks old place after he left

I'm trying to get the thread up to date to where it is now and I have done a bit here and there recently for all the doubters
back to the story
the corners of the bulkhead were horrible so Mark cut them off and started making new ones from scratch
and new A panels
with this sorted Mark started filling in the space at the front and welding the inner wings on, this involved putting the wings/bonnet/front panel on and off several thousand times
new
with this sorted it was the turn off the other kick panel
more to follow

then Mark fitted the rad panels and slam panel , then got the wings and front panel ready to fit and drilled some mounting holes so they can go back in the same place after paint .
We left fitting the wings and front panel till after we have finished the underside, next stage was to get it on the rollover spit.
got another better bonnet at this stage, must say seeing it paneled up at the front made me go a bit squiffy
melded up
