Lots of seam sealer and floor about ready to paint

Well thats about as far as i go , will be priming and a bit of top coat just for rust prevention

Dave will be picking shell up in next mounth or so then its next project all being well

Will post pics of shell in primer when finished , quite sad to see it go

Great job Charlie, I use a product out here called phosphoric prep and etch so that any areas which still show a bit of ginger the prep and etch eats and nutralises any ferrous oxide also etches into bare metal and forms a galvanized film , jist ready for primer

Buy it from Home Depot in california , made by a company called Jaasco, let me know if you can,t find it over there and I will contact Jaasco direct and find out if they have any importers in the UK.
This stuff is excellent, I wish I had acess to it when I was doing restorations over there

I will chase it from this side , Jasco company are right here in Santa Ana California , let me see what I can do.
I was turned onto this product by a Marine engineer ,eats rust like a gannet in a fish factory and leaves bare metal witha galvanised finish
