Re-assembled the bottom end , picked up a new oil pump , clutch kit and engine mounts today so thought I would stick this all back together. Head will be getting done in the next week or so (when funds allow) , trying to assemble as much as possible then slide it under the car and lift it up , I bet it goes that easy

Hello gents, haven't posted much of late but had a milestone today by getting the engine and box back in, rocker cover to be blasted yet. Sold my Focus RS , couldn't afford two RS's on my pension, so full steam ahead with the 16i .
