Cars were found and from what someone has said they were trying to weigh them in as scrap

Obviously they were not that knowledgeable or panicked with the amount of publicity the thefts had raised.

Well getting £40 a car for scrap is not knowing what everything is worth in my eyes !
Most people are very surprised at what mk1 and 2 escorts are worth,if you have one OR know what they fetch that's good !BUT the guy in the street and that includes Travellers have not much idea !
Anyway glad they have been recovered,hope they are not damaged more than they were before and hope there have been arrests too !
