has anyone got a really good picture of Ari's black shell oils car DKP191T - want one to do a watercolour picture of it - needs to be detailed for the sticker location etc - the only ones ive seen are small and black and white - he unfortunatley totalled it on the rally (as seen on the VATANEN TOUCH TOO) - anything would be much appreciated

how COOOOOOOOOOOL is this car ???????

if i hadnt done the series x, this was the car i was gonna do - i guess the whole rallying lark started for me back in early '86 (watching it live i mean) and the first ever event i went on was the citroen rally in bournemouth (now rallye sunseeker) - on this event, mark lovell was in a all white rs200 "acting" as a course car !!!! dimi mavropolous was in a quattro a2 and then there was a guy called colin short who was in STW 201R painted in the black and white of his sponsors, estate agents, mann & co. - that car was awesome, he won the event and got me into mk2's BIG style - since then ive always wanted a black rally car ........ and seeing this has given me the bug again

oh yeah !!!
the white building below the "skyscaper" on the left is the royal bath hotel - the road that leads down to that overpass (left) leads to the b.i.c where they have all the bloody party political campaigns - the building behind the car used to be the old swimming baths (now a god forsaken cinema pile of shite) and to the far right is the sea heading directly back east !!! - during rallye sunseeker stage, the cars come under the overpass from the lower bmth gardens through this area and blast along the prom ( kenny mckinstry retired at this very spot on this februarys event - hadnt even done a mile !!!!)
anyway enough of this guided tour of bournemouth 1986 already !!!!!!
