Er, thanks, but perhaps I wasn't clear enough.

CA are the first two letters as opposed to the usual BFAT or GCAT, ie, the car is CAAT.

is this one the VIN plate starting CA ? or on the top plate? if the top plate could the G have been erased somehow sometime ?

C is Netherlands built on the Type Code - do you mean that? (like GATR)

It's an interesting, but expensive one up for sale - the chassis code is RT so it must be one of the very first off the line - August 1975.
